2, 3 and 4 Tube Quartz Heater 17 Models from 2 to 4 Tubes
Quartz heaters are usually bought by tube count, because the number of quartz tubes sets both the wattage and the size of the box. 17 of the 32 quartz heater models we build use 3 to 4 tubes — 6 at 3 tubes and 11 at 4 — and that is the group this page covers.
The tube layout is what separates these models rather than the wattage on its own. Among the 4-tube units, 2 carry 2 top and 2 front tubes (FS-251, FS-252) and 2 carry 3 front and 1 top (FS-055, FS3000A2); the rest are listed without a per-face split. The 3-tube units run 2 front and 1 top, and the FS-05 is supplied as 2 or 3 tubes on the same tooling, so a buyer can order both configurations from one production line. Power across the group runs 400 W to 2,400 W, and most models give three or four settings rather than a single on/off step.
For export the group is the compact end of the range. Giftboxes run from 538 × 125 × 140 mm on the FS-05 to 552 × 207 × 544 mm on the FS-252, and container loading runs 1,089 to 6,636 pcs per 40HQ — the higher figures come from models packed several units to a master carton. The lightest body here is the FS-1714 at 1.20 kg, and 16 of the 17 carry a tip-over safety switch.

What a 2, 3 or 4 Tube Quartz Heater Is Specified For
These are the jobs where a small tube count beats a bigger, heavier unit.
Bedrooms and small rooms
A 3 to 4 tube unit at 400 W upwards warms the person in front of it almost immediately, without needing to heat the whole room or run a fan.
Double-face and moved-around use
The 2 double-face models heat from two sides on one body, and the 3 models on castors — the FS-210, FS-051, FS-055 — can be rolled between rooms.
Retail and OEM programmes
The compact giftboxes let a retailer take a wide tube-count mix in one shipment: up to 6,636 pcs per 40HQ. One tooling set covers the 2-tube and 3-tube FS-05 configurations between them.

What is a 4 tube quartz heater?
One with four quartz tubes as its heating elements. On our range the 4-tube models split the tubes as 2 top and 2 front, or as 3 front and 1 top on the double-face bodies. There are 11 four-tube models in the 32-model quartz range.
Is 2 tubes or 4 tubes better?
More tubes means more radiant surface and a higher maximum wattage in the same footprint. A 2 or 3 tube unit suits bedrooms and caravan use; a 4 tube unit suits a living room where the higher settings are actually used.
How many watts is a 3 tube quartz heater?
On our range a 3-tube model runs from 400 W on its low setting up to 2,400 W. The FS3000B1 steps 400 / 800 / 1,200 W on three tubes, so each tube can be switched separately by the button control.
How many quartz tubes does the FS-05 have?
Two or three, depending on the build ordered. The pull cord switch selects the heat, and the same tooling is offered with either 2 tubes or 3 tubes — send the configuration you want with your enquiry and we will quote that build.
How many of these fit in a 40HQ container?
1,089 to 6,636 pcs. The FS-05 gives the highest figure at 6,636 pcs because it packs to a master carton; the FS-252 is the largest body here at 1,089 pcs.
