4.2kW Gas Heater 5 Models
4.2 kW is the top of the output band on our gas platform. Five models reach it — three as the upper end of an adjustable range, two as fixed-rate heaters.
The two builds are not interchangeable, and the choice is about how the heater will be used. The adjustable models — FS-H002C, FS-002F and FS-801 — run from 1.5 kW to 4.2 kW, so the same appliance covers a mild afternoon at 1.5 kW and a cold morning at 4.2 kW without being switched off and letting the room go cold. The fixed-rate models — FSHE 05 and FS-97H — are rated at 4.2 kW, and the FSHE 05 adds a 1200 W electric element at 220 V 50 Hz as a second heat source.
Container loading varies more than the bodies do: the flat carton used on FS-002F and FS-801 loads 1,500 pcs per 40HQ, the assembled carton used on FS-H002C and FSHE 05 loads 540 pcs, and the stainless-steel FS-97H loads 848 pcs. Check the loading column before you commit to a quantity — at this output the carton, not the heater, decides your freight cost.

Adjustable Output or Fixed Rate — Which to Order
Both reach 4.2 kW. They differ in what happens at every other moment of the day.
Adjustable — 1.5 kW to 4.2 kW
FS-H002C, FS-002F and FS-801. The user turns the output down as the weather moderates instead of switching the heater off. Best for markets with a long heating season and variable daytime temperatures.
Fixed — 4.2 kW
FSHE 05 and FS-97H. One rated output, set at the factory, with no range to specify. The FSHE 05 adds a 1200 W electric element at 220 V 50 Hz so the user can switch to electricity for a quick start.

About 14,300 BTU/hr. In practical terms it is the upper end of the band our gas platform is built on, and it is the setting a room heater is run at on a cold morning before being turned down as the room warms.
Which models are 4.2 kW?
Five: FS-H002C, FS-002F and FS-801 (adjustable from 1.5 kW to 4.2 kW), plus FSHE 05 and FS-97H (rated at 4.2 kW with no lower setting).
What is the difference between the adjustable and fixed versions?
The adjustable models let the user choose any output between 1.5 kW and 4.2 kW, so the heater stays lit and turns down instead of cycling off. The fixed models produce 4.2 kW whenever they are lit, and the FSHE 05 adds a 1200 W electric element as a second source.
Does a 4.2 kW gas heater need a flue?
No. All five are vent-free room heaters and need no flue or wall opening. They rely on a flame-failure device and an oxygen depletion sensor, and must be installed with the ventilation your local code requires for unvented gas appliances.
How many units fit in a 40HQ container?
Between 540 and 1,500 pieces. The FS-002F and FS-801 load 1,500 pcs from a flat 430 × 150 × 710 mm carton; the FS-H002C and FSHE 05 load 540 pcs from a 455 × 382 × 765 mm carton; the FS-97H loads 848 pcs.
Can one 4.2 kW model replace another in my range?
Only where the carton and body size suit your shelf. FS-H002C, FS-002F and FS-801 share the 420 × 360 × 730 mm body but ship in different cartons; FS-97H is a different 380 × 280 × 720 mm stainless-steel body with a glass front panel.
