01Oil-Filled Radiator Heaters
Are oil filled radiators expensive to run?
No -- once heated, sealed oil holds temperature for a long time. The thermostat cycles the element less often than fan heaters, so running cost is competitive with ceramic units.
Can I use one in a bedroom overnight?
Yes. All models in this range run silent (no fan) with sealed diathermic oil, triple overheat protection and tip-over cut-off. Widely used in European bedrooms for whole-night heating.
How many fins do I need for my room?
A 7-fin (1500 W) suits bedrooms up to 15 m^2, 9-fin (2000 W) suits living rooms 15-25 m^2, 11-fin and 13-fin (2500 W) handle open-plan halls and small offices up to 30 m^2.
How much oil is inside, and what type?
Each fin column is factory-sealed with food-grade diathermic oil. You never top up -- the unit is maintenance-free for its full service life.
Are these heaters CE / GS certified?
Most models carry CE, GS, RoHS and ERP directives; ETL and SASO are available on selected units.
What is the typical warranty?
12 months for OEM retail orders; extended 24-36 month warranty available for private-label bulk contracts.
02Diesel & Kerosene Heaters
Are diesel heaters safe indoors?
Only indirect-fired diesel heaters are safe for enclosed indoor use. Direct-fired models are for well-ventilated spaces only (construction sites, garages with doors open).
How much diesel does a 30 kW heater burn?
Roughly 2.6 litres per hour on full power, 1.4 litres per hour on low. A 50-litre tank runs 19-36 hours.
Can diesel heaters run unattended?
Yes, on a thermostat. Built-in photocell flame sensor + overheat cut-off + fuel cut-off at shutdown.
Are diesel heaters noisy?
Forced-air models run at 60-70 dB -- comparable to a vacuum cleaner. Indirect-fired units with flue are quieter.
What fuel can I use?
Standard diesel, kerosene (paraffin) or red-dyed heating oil. Never use petrol or bio-diesel without consulting the manufacturer.
What is the warranty?
12 months standard; 24-36 months for OEM bulk contracts.
03Quartz Heaters
Are quartz heaters cheap to run?
Yes. Halogen / quartz tubes convert nearly all input power into radiant heat, with no warm-up cycle. They use roughly the same electricity as a fan heater but heat the person, not the air.
Can I use a quartz heater in a small room?
Quartz heaters are best for personal-zone heating within 1-3 m of the unit. In a small room they work fine, but for whole-room heating a fan or convector is more efficient.
How hot does the heating element get?
The quartz tubes glow bright orange during operation at around 800-1000 deg C, but the safety mesh and reflective housing keep the outer surface safe to touch on most models.
Are quartz heaters safe to leave on overnight?
Most models have tip-over and overheat cut-off, but the radiant front can still be hot. For overnight use, choose a model with cool-touch housing and timer.
Can quartz heaters be used outdoors?
Standard indoor quartz heaters are not waterproof. For patios or outdoor entertaining areas use a dedicated outdoor patio heater rated IP44 or higher.
What is the warranty?
12 months standard; 24-36 months for OEM bulk contracts.
04Fan Heaters
Are fan heaters noisy?
Modern fan heaters run at 40-50 dB on low speed -- quieter than a hairdryer. Most models have two or three speed settings.
Can I use a fan heater in a bathroom?
Only models rated IP21 or IP24 for bathroom use. Place the heater at least 1 m from the bath or shower and never leave unattended around water.
How fast does a fan heater warm a room?
A 2 kW fan heater typically raises a 20 m^2 room by 5 deg C in 10-15 minutes.
Are fan heaters expensive to run?
Fan heaters are cheap to buy but cost slightly more to run long-term than oil-filled radiators. Use the thermostat and timer to manage cost.
Can I leave a fan heater on all night?
Yes, on a low setting with thermostat control. Always use a model with tip-over and overheat cut-off.
What is the warranty?
12 months standard; 24-36 months for OEM bulk contracts.
05Outdoor Patio Heaters
Are outdoor heaters weatherproof?
Most patio heaters are rated IP44 (splash-proof). They can withstand light rain but should be stored indoors during heavy storms or winter.
LPG or electric, which is better?
LPG gives higher heat output (10-15 kW) and works during power cuts. Electric heaters (2-3 kW) are cleaner, odourless and easier to maintain. Most restaurants use both.
How large an area can a 12 kW heater warm?
A 12 kW pyramid or mushroom heater warms roughly 20-25 m^2 of outdoor space at 20 deg C ambient. Wind reduces effective area significantly.
Can I use a propane heater indoors?
Never use a propane heater in an enclosed room without proper ventilation -- carbon monoxide risk. Indoor propane heaters must be vent-free certified for the room size.
How long does a propane tank last?
A standard 9 kg LPG bottle (about 13.6 kW peak) runs 8-12 hours on low setting, 4-6 hours on full.
What is the warranty?
12 months standard; 24-36 months for OEM bulk contracts.
06Gas Heaters
Are gas heaters safe to use indoors?
Only vent-free gas heaters with ODS (oxygen-depletion sensor) are certified for indoor use. Cabinet and vented models require a flue.
Can I use a gas heater in a bedroom?
Vent-free gas heaters with ODS are certified for bedrooms above a minimum room size. Always check the room size rating on the unit label.
How much gas does a gas heater use?
A 4 kW indoor unit burns about 290 g of LPG per hour. A 9 kg propane bottle lasts roughly 25-30 hours on low.
Do gas heaters need a flue?
Vented models need a flue to the outside. Vent-free (flueless) models are certified for indoor use up to a room-size limit, with ODS safety cut-off.
Are gas heaters noisy?
No. Gas heaters have no moving parts and run completely silent. The only sound is the soft hiss of the burner.
What is the warranty?
12 months standard; 24-36 months for OEM bulk contracts.
07Convector Heaters
Are convector heaters noisy?
No. Natural convection means no fan, no moving parts, completely silent operation. Models with turbo fan add an optional 40 dB boost.
Can I wall-mount a convector heater?
Most models come with wall-mount brackets and feet kits. Wall-mount height should be 10-15 cm above floor for best convection.
Can I use a convector in a bathroom?
Only models rated IP24 or higher. Look for the bathroom zone rating on the unit.
How fast does a convector warm a room?
Slower than a fan unit but more even. A 2 kW convector typically warms a 20 m^2 room by 5 deg C in 15-25 minutes.
Are convector heaters energy-efficient?
Yes. The thermostat and timer on most models give accurate room temperature control, avoiding the over-shoot common with fan heaters.
What is the warranty?
12 months standard; 24-36 months for OEM bulk contracts.
08Panel Oil Heaters
Are panel heaters expensive to run?
Panel heaters are competitive with oil radiators on running cost. The 7-day programmable timer and ECO mode can cut energy use 20-30%.
Can panel heaters be wall-mounted?
Yes. Wall brackets are included with all our models. Vertical or horizontal mounting.
How slim are panel heaters?
5 cm body depth -- the slimmest in our range. Slides flat against any wall.
Can panel heaters be used in bathrooms?
Only IP24 rated models. Always check the zone rating.
Do panel heaters have a thermostat?
Yes. Digital thermostat with 7-day programmable schedule on all models.
What is the warranty?
12 months standard; 24-36 months for OEM bulk contracts.
09Kerosene Heaters
Do kerosene heaters need electricity?
No. Wick-combustion kerosene heaters run without any power. Perfect for off-grid homes, emergency heating and power cuts.
How long does a tank of kerosene last?
8-12 hours on low, 6-8 hours on high. Larger tanks (over 8 litres) can run overnight on low.
Are kerosene heaters safe indoors?
Yes, with tip-over and flame-failure cut-off. Use only in well-ventilated rooms -- open a window slightly for fresh air.
What kind of kerosene can I use?
Standard 1-K kerosene (paraffin) sold at hardware stores. Never use gasoline, diesel or paint thinner.
How do I store kerosene?
In a sealed metal or approved plastic jug, away from living areas and sunlight. Used fuel containers must be disposed of safely.
What is the warranty?
12 months standard.
10Ceramic Heaters
Are ceramic heaters safe?
PTC ceramic elements self-regulate -- they draw less power as temperature rises, never overheating. Cool-touch housing on most models.
How fast does a ceramic heater warm up?
Typically 5-10 seconds to reach full operating temperature. Faster than oil-filled radiators.
Can ceramic heaters be left on all night?
Yes, with thermostat and timer. Choose a model with tip-over cut-off and cool-touch housing for bedroom use.
Are ceramic heaters energy-efficient?
Yes. PTC elements only draw the power needed to maintain temperature, so efficiency is higher than fixed-resistance heaters.
Can I use a ceramic heater in a bathroom?
Only IP21 or higher rated models. Standard ceramic heaters should not be used near water.
What is the warranty?
12 months standard; 24-36 months for OEM bulk contracts.
11Halogen Heaters
Are halogen heaters cheap to run?
Yes. Halogen tubes convert nearly all electricity into infrared heat, no warm-up cycle. Running cost similar to fan heaters.
How hot do halogen tubes get?
Around 800-1000 deg C during operation. The safety mesh keeps the outer surface safe but the tube itself is very hot.
Can halogen heaters be used outdoors?
Standard indoor halogen heaters are not waterproof. For outdoor use choose a dedicated patio heater.
Are halogen heaters safe to leave on overnight?
Most models have tip-over and overheat cut-off. Some models have cool-touch housing and 24-hour timer for unattended operation.
Why does a halogen heater heat me but not the air?
Halogen tubes emit infrared radiation that heats objects and people directly, similar to sunlight. The air stays cool while the person feels warm.
What is the warranty?
12 months standard; 24-36 months for OEM bulk contracts.
