The FS-2310 is a non-electric kerosene space heater designed for exactly the situation electric heaters cannot handle: a power outage. It runs entirely on clean-burning kerosene, so a storm, a grid failure or a rolling blackout does not leave you without heat. The burner puts out 9000 BTU/H and heats through a combination of direct radiation from the glowing burner and natural convection, which carries warmed air out into the room.

That makes it a practical emergency heater for a home, and equally useful as everyday heating for a garage, workshop or cabin where running a cable is impractical. The full-height metal safety guard surrounds the hot burner and chimney, an oxygen depletion sensor shuts the unit off if ventilation is inadequate, and a tip-over switch cuts the flame if it is knocked.
