Fan Heater with Thermostat 14 Models with Room Control
A fan heater with a thermostat holds a set room temperature instead of running until it is switched off. 14 of the 25 fan heater models in our catalogue list an adjustable room thermostat with automatic temperature control, and they span 750 W to 3,000 W.
The control does two jobs. First it sets the target: the thermostat reads the air entering the heater and cuts the element once the room reaches the dialled temperature, then restarts it as the room cools, so the heater cycles instead of running flat out. Second, on the models with automatic control, it replaces the user as the switch — which is what allows a heater to be left on overnight. Every model here pairs the thermostat with a two-setting power control, so the user picks the output and the thermostat decides when it runs.
The range from 0.88 kg to 2.30 kg covers desk-top and free-standing units. The FS-3000 goes furthest on power at 1,000 W / 3,000 W, the FS801 and FS-906 between them cover the lightest body and the highest container count, and the FS-1200BR is the one model here that can be supplied with a remote control. All 14 are 220–240 V ~ 50/60 Hz with overheat protection, and three of them add a tip-over switch: the FS-905, FS-906, FS-908.

These are the three reasons a thermostat is specified over a plain on/off switch.
Holding a steady temperature
The heater cycles instead of running continuously, so the room stays at the dialled temperature rather than overshooting and then cooling.
Unattended operation
Automatic temperature control is what makes overnight operation practical: the heater switches itself off when the room is warm and back on as it cools.
Varying the running cost
Because the element cycles, average consumption sits below the rated figure. The thermostat is the control that decides how far below.

None of the 14 thermostat models list a built-in timer — the 12-hour timer on our range belongs to the FS-601 and FS-602, which use automatic temperature control rather than a dial thermostat. Can a thermostat be added to a model that does not have one?

Do the thermostat models hold their setting if the power is cut?
These are mechanical and electronic-control domestic heaters; they resume in the state their control is set to. This is not a UPS-backed appliance and it is not a fixed thermostat for a central heating system.
