The FS100-20C is a 100kW direct-fired diesel and kerosene heater from our 10kW to 190kW forced-air range. It burns diesel or kerosene in a 441-grade stainless steel combustion chamber rated to 1000°C and blows the heated air straight into the working area through a high-power enclosed fan, so heat arrives within seconds of ignition. Direct-fired units raise the incoming air temperature by 40–60°C and are intended for well-ventilated sites with an air change rate high enough to carry the combustion products away — construction and renovation work, workshops, warehouses, barns, factories, dock yards and rail or road works. The FS100-20C is a 100 kW direct-fired diesel heater for factory units, large construction sites and industrial halls where the heating load is beyond what a single mid-range unit can carry, but a fully installed system is not justified.
The practical argument for 100 kW in one chassis is fuel logistics: one large unit replaces three or four smaller heaters, which means one fuel connection, one tank to fill and one machine to maintain instead of a small fleet scattered across a site. The 441-grade stainless steel combustion chamber is rated to 1000 degrees C, and the full protection set — overheat cut-off, heat-dissipation protection, flameout protection, shutdown protection and an error indicator light — is fitted. Direct-fired operation requires well ventilated space, and fuel must be diesel or kerosene only.
