Diesel & Kerosene Heaters

20kW Direct Fired Diesel Heater for Drying and Plaster WorkFS20-21AOEM Manufacturer

20kw direct fired diesel heater for drying rooms and plaster work on site

Model: FS20-21A

The FS20-21A is a 20kW direct-fired diesel and kerosene heater from our 10kW to 190kW forced-air range. It burns diesel or kerosene in a 441-grade stainless steel combustion chamber rated to 1000°C and blows the heated air straight into the working area through a high-power enclosed fan, so heat arrives within seconds of ignition. Direct-fired units raise the incoming air temperature by 40–60°C and are intended for well-ventilated sites with an air change rate high enough to carry the combustion products away — construction and renovation work, workshops, warehouses, barns, factories, dock yards and rail or road works. Other 20kW direct-fired models sharing this output: FS20-23A, FS20-19A, FS20-21B. Tell us the destination market and we will confirm the voltage, plug and certification package that goes with this model.

Features

  • 20kW of dry forced-air heat — useful for drying rooms and plaster work
  • Well ventilated indoor use only: direct-fired air carries the combustion products
  • 441-grade stainless steel combustion chamber, rated to 1000°C
  • Multi safety protection: overheat cut-off, heat-dissipation protection, flameout protection, shutdown protection and error indicator light
  • Fuel: diesel or kerosene only — petrol and bio-oil must not be used

20kW Direct Fired Diesel Heater for Drying and Plaster Work

The FS20-21A delivers 20 kW of dry forced-air heat, which is what makes it useful beyond comfort heating — drying out rooms after plastering, screeding or painting, and taking the damp out of a building shell before second fix. Forced air moves a large volume at speed, so surfaces dry rather than the room simply getting humid.

Dry heat is the practical reason builders keep a direct-fired diesel heater on site: a damp shell delays every trade behind it. The unit is direct-fired, which means the combustion products travel with the heated air, so it must only be used in well ventilated indoor space. The 441-grade stainless steel combustion chamber is rated to 1000 degrees C, and five protections are built in — overheat cut-off, heat-dissipation protection, flameout protection, shutdown protection and an error indicator light. Fuel must be diesel or kerosene only.

As a manufacturer we build this 20 kW diesel heater as a wholesale and OEM line — your voltage and plug standard, logo, paint colour and packaging. It suits construction, trade and agricultural buyers who work in ventilated spaces. Ask for the diesel heater catalogue, certificates and test reports.
