The FS20-23BI is a 20kW indirect-fired diesel and kerosene space heater. Unlike a direct-fired unit, the flame heats a stainless steel heat exchanger and the flue gases are ducted away separately, so the air delivered into the room is clean, dry and free of combustion products. That makes the FS20-23BI suitable for occupied workshops, food and packaging areas, painting and coating lines, greenhouses and livestock buildings, and any space where humidity or air quality is controlled. 20kW Indirect Diesel Heater with Clean Dry Heat
The FS20-23BI is an indirect-fired diesel heater. Instead of passing combustion gases into the room, it separates the flame from the air stream through a heat exchanger and ducts the exhaust away, so this 20 kW unit delivers clean, dry heat that is safe in occupied and dust-sensitive areas.
Indirect firing is the deciding specification wherever there are people, food, dust or coatings in the air: no combustion product, no odour and no moisture reaches the working space. That makes this model the right unit for finishing shops, small food operations, packing areas and occupied workshops where a direct-fired heater would be unacceptable. The 441-grade stainless steel combustion chamber is rated to 1000 degrees C, and the standard protection set — overheat cut-off, heat-dissipation protection, flameout protection, shutdown protection and error indicator — is fitted. Fuel must be diesel or kerosene only.
