The FS30-24BI is a 30 kW indirect-fired diesel heater built for horticultural and livestock buildings with controlled atmospheres — greenhouses, propagation houses, poultry sheds and calf buildings, where the air composition matters as much as the temperature.
Indirect firing is essential in these buildings because a direct-fired unit would add combustion gases and moisture directly into the growing or rearing environment, altering CO2 levels and humidity in ways the crop or the stock cannot tolerate. With the flame separated by a heat exchanger and the exhaust ducted outside, this heater raises temperature without changing the atmosphere. The 441-grade stainless steel combustion chamber is rated to 1000 degrees C, and the standard protection set — overheat cut-off, heat-dissipation, flameout, shutdown and error indicator — is fitted. Fuel must be diesel or kerosene only.
