The FS50-19B is a 50kW direct-fired diesel and kerosene heater from our 10kW to 190kW forced-air range. It burns diesel or kerosene in a 441-grade stainless steel combustion chamber rated to 1000°C and blows the heated air straight into the working area through a high-power enclosed fan, so heat arrives within seconds of ignition. Direct-fired units raise the incoming air temperature by 40–60°C and are intended for well-ventilated sites with an air change rate high enough to carry the combustion products away — construction and renovation work, workshops, warehouses, barns, factories, dock yards and rail or road works. 50kW Diesel Heater with High Capacity Fan
The FS50-19B is a 50 kW direct-fired diesel heater with a high-capacity fan, sized to push heated air down long aisles and across wide bays rather than only warming the area immediately in front of the outlet.
Throw distance is what separates a heater that works in a warehouse aisle from one that does not: the fan raises the incoming air temperature by 40 to 60 degrees C and drives it far enough to recover the temperature quickly after a roller door opens. That fast recovery is the reason forced-air diesel units are standard on loading docks and distribution floors. The 441-grade stainless steel combustion chamber is rated to 1000 degrees C, and the full protection set is built in — overheat cut-off, heat-dissipation protection, flameout protection, shutdown protection and an error indicator light. Fuel must be diesel or kerosene only, and the space must be well ventilated.
