Oil Filled Radiator with Timer 11 Models
A timer turns the radiator into a scheduled appliance: set the hours you want heat and the unit runs to that programme, instead of holding temperature in an empty room all day.
Eight models in the range are built with timer control, across the FS-E and FS-B series. Each one keeps the full oil filled platform underneath — sealed diathermic oil, three heat settings, adjustable thermostat, triple overheat protection and a tip-over switch — and pairs it with a programmable control panel. Every model is available in the 7/9/11/13-fin builds, so a timer programme can be specified at 1,500 W, 2,000 W or 2,500 W.

What to Confirm on a Timer Model
A timer adds schedule control without the cost of a fully digital interface, which is why it is often the most profitable step-up in an oil-filled range. It can be a mechanical 24 hour timer or an electronic timer, and the two behave differently in daily use.
Confirm four things before approving a timer model: whether it controls switch-on, switch-off or both; how the heater behaves after a power interruption; whether the timer works alongside the thermostat rather than overriding it; and how the settings are labelled in the destination language. These are the details that show up in reviews and in warranty claims.
Timer models also need the same safety package as the rest of the range: thermal cut-out and fuse, tip-over switch, stable castor base and cord storage. A scheduling feature does not reduce the electrical load or the surface temperature the product has to manage.
